(1) Put the blades in the bowl. (2) Add whatever you want to grind or pound( yam, pepper, tomatoes etc ). (3) Press the button at the top of the machine and wait for 1-2 minutes while it grinds or pounds.(4) Open it and pack it out.
Note: Don’t press for too long when blending or pounding without pausing, this will spoil the product. Always pause for a short time before continuing
